Sabores San Miguel 2015

I was invited to take part in the 2015 Sabores San Miguel food festival in Mexico alongside chefs from around the world, who were paired with local restaurants (or in my case a bakery) to prepare one off, world class dishes at Mexican prices.

San Miguel is beautiful and incredibly fun and the week I spent the most magical week there. Huge thanks to Donnie & Angela from The Restaurant San Miguel who coordinate the festival and invited me to take part, also to Enrique who took great care of me at Cumpanio.

The desserts were Mexican inspired takes on the kind of cakes we make at the bakery here, using local flavours and ingredients.
