Fudgy Vegan Chocolate Brownies

This is the ultimate, chewy, fudgy, vegan chocolate brownie recipe – quick and simple to make, they keep super well and they’re completely delicious! You wont need another vegan brownie recipe 🙂

Ingredients

Flour405g
Baking Powder1.5tsp
Salt1tsp
Boiling water355g
Chocolate (dark – 70%+)130g
Cocoa Powder95g
Sugar742.5g
Veg Oil175g

Method

preheat to 180c (fan)
Line a 25cm sq baking tin so the paper overhangs the top of the pan
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and leave to one side
Now, whisk together the chocolate (roughly chop this into small, even-ish pieces!), cocoa powder, sugar and oil until evenly combined
Add the boiling water & whisk the mixture well, until smooth
Stir the flour mixture into the chocolate mixture, and stir to combine evenly
Scrape the batter into your lined baking tray and smooth top. sprinkle the top with Malden sea salt
Bake for 45-50 mins, until baked, but still wobbly – test by shaking the pan gently side to side

These will keep beautiful for 7 days! Just store airtight
