lilly vanilli school meganMegan studied Hospitality and Catering at Canterbury College, then embarked on a dazzling pastry career that included Oblix at The Shard, two years on the opening team of Dominique Ansel Bakery, the Shangri-La and The Kimpton Fitzroy Hotels. More recently she has worked alongside Lily as head baker at Lily Vanilli, combining her impeccable pastry skills and 10 years of experience with her endless creative flair to create the most beautiful cakes and pastries. She is a queen of piping!
