We take pride in everything we bake, using delicious, seasonal organic produce including Billingtons unrefined molasses-rich sugars, Guittard artisanal chocolate and cocoa, Marriages organic flour, Malden Sea Salt, French Unsalted Butter, free range eggs and seasonal fruit from Natoora and flowers from local growers and florists. A minimum order of 30 of any kind applies for canapés We are happy to work on something bespoke for your event, in flavour and design, so just let us know your ideas.
