Our infamous dark chocolate, burnt butter, buckwheat flour and Maldon sea salted cookies.

These are absolutely delicious and always among the first to sell out from bakery menu.

We’ve made the dough, so all you need to do is pop them in an oven (pre-heated to 180c) for 9-10 mins. Then take out and allow to cool (or eat them warm!)

Made with Billingtons sugar, Guittard chocolate, Marriages organic flour and Maldon sea salt.
