As a summer project I collaborated with The Sebright Arms, L.A.B & Redchurch Brewery to create a limited edition summer brew – a light and refreshing gorse and berry wit beer that came out really well.
We had the launch at the Sebright and Lucky Chip created an incredibly decadent Lily Vanilli burger to commemorate the occasion.
