We take pride in everything we bake, using delicious, seasonal organic produce including Billingtons unrefined molasses-rich sugars, Guittard artisanal chocolate and cocoa, Marriages organic flour, Malden Sea Salt, French Unsalted Butter, free range eggs, seasonal fruit from Natoora and flowers from local growers and florists.
